Intermediate Plus

All of the benefits of the Intermediate package but with the addition of:

Points (New & Edit)

Similar to the functionality addition of the Territories (New & Edit) element in the Intermediate package this allows for the contents of an area to be adjusted. With this addition new points can be sited and populated with any necessary information; whilst existing locations can have their details adjusted too. This functionality allows franchisors the ability to:

  • Maintain the locations within territories to help analyse franchisee performance
  • Manipulate the names and description against pre-loaded locations within the Points tab
Points (Manage Data)

The addition of this functionality means that values can be attributed against individual points. This can take the form of a text string or a numeric value / range. The end user has the ability to add as many of these as they wish and adjust the values against the uploaded locations at any time. The different values are represented by different colours on the map allowing these values against the points to be viewed. This functionality could allow franchisors to:

  • Allocate values against existing customers to ascertain if any patterns exist against demographics / business material stored at postal or territory level
  • Distinguish between active and lapsed customers
  • Colour differentiate between franchise premises, potential premises, prospective franchisee lead locations
  • Highlight business data records which are of a desirable size, industry type or other relevant recorded parameter
Postal (Manage Data)

The addition of this functionality means that values can be attributed against postal boundaries. This can take the form of a text string, a numeric value or a date. The end user has the ability to add as many of these as they wish and adjust the values against the uploaded locations at any time. The different values are represented by different colours on the map allowing these values against the postal boundaries to be viewed. This can be done at Postal Area (i.e. BA), Postal District (i.e. BA3) or Postal Sector level (i.e. BA3 2). This functionality could allow franchisors to:

  • Better analyse how well franchisees are performing by viewing statistics at postal level rather than just territory totals
  • Attribute captured data at postal boundary level to assist with future territory planning
  • Colour differentiated levels of the available demographic variables to locate hot spots with territories. This in turn could help with marketing or to explain varying performance levels
